Gorgeous install
The roots needed zero extra work. The pattern still looks freshly installed three weeks later.
Top-tier steal
The ends looked completely natural. I've paid three times this elsewhere for hair half as good. Adding a second unit to my saved list just in case.
Incredible customer service
The silkiness took heat styling without a fight. Emailed at 10pm and got a helpful reply within the hour.
Flawless help desk
The luster held up through a full week of wear. Took off a star because the delivery ran a few days late. Still, they sorted out my issue before I even finished explaining it.
Exceptional service
The color held up through a full week of wear. Would be five stars if not for the shade was slightly off from the photos. Still, emailed at lunchtime and got a helpful reply by morning.
