Incredible after-sales
My install turned heads this weekend. The roots matched the product photos exactly. Two weeks post-purchase they messaged me to check my install was going well. This is what online shopping should feel like.
Flawless support team
The band held up through a full week of wear. Emailed at 9pm and got a helpful reply same night. Bookmarked for my next install.
Perfect support team
The loops drew compliments everywhere I went. Response time stayed under fifteen minutes every time I've reached out.
Flawless price-to-quality
The deep wave stayed soft after co-washing. A few hiccups along the way — my tracking number updated slowly. Still, my stylist quoted $500 for similar hair — Beyond Lace charged a fraction of that.
Gorgeous unit
The roots survived humidity without frizz. The pattern still looks freshly installed a month later.
