Incredible after-sales
My install turned heads this weekend. The roots matched the product photos exactly. Two weeks post-purchase they messaged me to check my install was going well. This is what online shopping should feel like.
Impressive after-sales
The curls looked completely natural. They replaced my closure in the next shipment — no forms, no drama.
Vibrant after-sales
The color needed zero extra work. They replaced my bundle in the next shipment — no forms, no drama.
Gorgeous engagement
The hairline needed zero extra work. Commented on their post with a question — answered in five minutes.
Gorgeous community
The lace was flawless out of the box. It wasn't perfect: the shade was slightly off from the photos. Still, they feature real customers, not just influencers — my photo made their grid.
