They shows up after checkout
The density was flawless out of the box. My order had a small defect and their after-sales team fixed it in one email.
Flawless after-sales
The luster drew compliments everywhere I went. They replaced my pack in the next shipment — no forms, no drama.
Arrived in 6 days
The wefts drew compliments everywhere I went. I expected a longer wait, but Los Angeles delivery took 7 days door to door.
Seamless support
The bonds held up through a full week of wear. Good overall, but the delivery ran a few days late. Still, I messaged via Instagram DM and had a real answer in five minutes.
Still helping me a month later
